Wow, looks like a real Chinatown!
I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. I am happy that I can enjoy these buildings and areas in my hometown Tallinn every day.

153 Jaamamõisa (Hiinalinn) in Tartu
26.04.2012 was the day when I realized my long-term dream: visited this block-area which I think is also called Hiinalinn (Chinatown). I had lived in Tartu for more than 7 years and still hadn't visited this place. Until some 6 years after moving out of Tartu I had a good chance to walk around there and take photos, see unseen blocks of Tartu, and enjoy something new for me!
